In 2024, through bold programs, powerful events, and sacred storytelling, the Revolutionary Love Project equipped thousands with the tools to practice love in three directions: for Others, Opponents, and Ourselves.
Together, we are reclaiming love as a force for justice.
A Note from Valarie Kaur
Beloved Community,
As we reflect on this year, I am filled with gratitude for all that we have built together. In a time of relentless crises, the Revolutionary Love Project has stayed rooted in our core mission: to center love as a force for justice, healing, and transformation.
This year, we brought the message of Revolutionary Love to life in ways that have left an indelible mark on communities across the country. Our Revolutionary Love Bus Tour traveled to 44 cities, from bustling urban centers to small towns tender with the scars of racial trauma. At each stop, we witnessed the power of storytelling, music, art, and ancestral wisdom to inspire hearts and build communities of care. We equipped thousands of people with practical tools for courageous action. The tour was more than a series of events—it was a movement of belonging, healing, and courage.
Our team is now led by three phenomenal women of color – Harini Padmanaban, Ashley Torres, and Anusha Mehar. Under their leadership, we expanded our programs to meet the growing demand for our tools and training. We equipped thousands of students, educators, activists, parents, and community leaders in our workshops and courses. We launched new initiatives to support families, parents, and teachers in homes and schools. We convened dialogues that bridged divides and created spaces where those in disagreement could see one another as human. We amplified voices for justice and equity on the frontlines of social justice movements. In every breath, we showed that our liberation is bound together.
All year, I saw the power of joy as a source of resilience. While on tour across the country, our bus became a world of its own–a model of what our whole world can be. Through long days and tight quarters, we sang, danced, held each other, and created a true community of care. Joy sustained me: If we can achieve that spirit on a bus, I know it’s possible anywhere.
None of this would have been possible without you—our community of visionaries, change-makers, and sage warriors. Your support has allowed us to dream boldly and to act decisively. Because of you, the Revolutionary Love Project is growing into its next chapter – one where the seeds we’ve planted will blossom into lasting change.
As we look to the future, we know the road ahead will not be easy. Yet, we are undeterred. Love gives us the courage to stand up in the face of despair, to imagine what is possible, and to labor for the world we dream together.

Revolutionary Love has become a bedrock for movement and community-building, offering a moral compass for leaders across sectors. Through workshops, trainings, and cultural immersions, we have coached changemakers on how to make the love ethic the foundation of their lives and movements. We are proud to see this framework adopted by leaders in education, healthcare, racial justice, climate action, and beyond—proof that Revolutionary Love is not just an idea but a tool for building power and creating tangible change.
As we look toward 2025, we are energized to deepen this work. We know the road ahead will demand courage and creativity. But we are inspired by the incredible resilience of our community, by the connections we have forged, and by the ever-expanding circle of leaders and allies who share our vision. Together, we are weaving a tapestry of love and justice that will continue to grow.

Key Accomplishments
Piloted Two Early Childhood Programs
We launched the Early Childhood Educator Circle and the Early Childhood Parent Circle, reaching dozens of communities on the East and West Coasts.
Expanded Our Team
In April, we hired a full-time Director of Movement Strategy, bolstering our capacity to support our growing community.
Launched the Early Childhood Learning Hub
In July, we released a comprehensive hub including a guide for educators and resource for parents.
Released the Sage-Warrior Study Guide
In September, we produced a study guide to accompany Valarie Kaur’s transformative new book, Sage Warrior.
The Revolutionary Love Tour
The Revolutionary Love Bus traveled to 40+ cities across the country during the election season to energize hearts, build community, and ignite courageous action.
Virtual Community Events
We brought together thousands across the country to deepen their practice of Revolutionary Love through interactive workshops.
In September 2024, we launched a cross-country bus tour to ignite people to courage with the message of Revolutionary Love. Strategically timed during a divisive election season, this healing odyssey across the nation brought a message of oneness and interdependence to 44 cities. The bus tour brought Revolutionary Love to life through original storytelling, music, and artwork. At the heart of each event, our Founder and Executive Director, Valarie Kaur, offered powerful storytelling and calls to action rooted in ancient wisdom. We left communities with evidence-based tools to foster solidarity and healing.
